The finished promenade must:
- be constructed completely of ecofriendly materials.
- incorporate only plants native to Sandy Hook.
- accomodate casual visitors.
- offer seating along the way.
- have profits greater than developing and maintenance costs.
- meet all specifications and regulations of the government as well as the National Parks Service.
- pass an inspection to ensure safety to all visitors.
- be aestically pleasing.
- abide by all ADA Compliances.
